Personality/Info: She alway has her head in the clouds unless of course she's in the mood to be serious. She's one of those happy pesimistic people when taunting her victims. Shes good with plants and is able to make poisons and medicins from them. She is talented at being descrete, this is important when she needs to withdraw her poisons. History: Her family are travelers who move from one place to another in order to get plants and use them for medicins or in their defence. Some members of her family stayed in order to keep tabs on things. Although born in england, they had to swiftly moved on after being chased away from people thinking they were "witches" because of the making of medicines, Pumpkwin was only a few months old. Also, the "magic/illustion" thing can't fly. You didn't explain it enough to make it a pass, so no. Voodoo is acceptable, Wicca is acceptable, but not outright magic.
Also, Halloween wasn't invented during this time. Please redo your entire character, and do some research first. If you can't do that, please look into another league.

I'm not sure what "arm clamps" are--could you describe them, or perhaps show what they look like?
On a more technical tangent, I'd say that her arms are a bit too short for the rest of her body. She's also drawn a bit too small to be 5' 11"--with the proportions you used, she looks about 4' 5". You might want to watch how you lay out the face and draw the head, to make sure that it doesn't get too stretched out. If you use guidelines, you can keep everything nice and proportionate. This keeps from you having to hide some of her head with her hair as well.
That's beside the point, however. This new costume is closer to SDL's timeline, and is therefore more acceptable.
